PLEASE NOTE - This application is for exhibitors wanting to participate in our DAYTON, OHIO show. This comic con is taking place from June 20-21, 2026 at the DAYTON CONVENTION CENTER.

VENDORS - typically sell merchandise produced by a third-party and not created by themselves. Examples include, but are not limited to, new & vintage toys, comic books, licensed t-shirts, collectibles, etc. AI-generated art is strictly prohibited.
ARTISTS - sell self-produced art and creations.

Applications open on November 3, 2025. Applications close on May 20, 2026. Once spots are filled, applications will move to a waiting list.

Vendor Application
Artist ApplicationOnce your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is NOT an approval. All applications will be reviewed as they are submitted. If approved, you will receive an approval email within 2-4 weeks of submission. All communication will be through email. Please add info@fivestarcomiccon.com to approved emails and/or check your spam folder for emails.

Wifi is included in all table and booth fees. Electricity is available for purchase through the Dayton Convention Center. Information on purchasing will be provided upon approval of application.

Exhibitor badges are non-transferable and cannot be used as giveaways or in contests. Additional badges can be purchased for $40 each. Limit of 2 additional badges per booth. Badges will be available for pick-up during set-up times.

AI-generated art is strictly prohibited in ANY booth or table type. This applies to ALL merchandise including, but not limited to, book covers, posters, prints, mugs, blankets, t-shirts, etc. Anyone found in violation will immediately be asked to vacate their booth/table, no refund will be given and you may be banned from future FiveStar Comic Con events.
ALL artwork sold in the Artist Alley must be original and made the by the artist themselves. Anyone found in violation will immediately be asked to leave, no refund will be given and you may be banned from future FiveStar Comic Con events.
All adult materials must be either kept behind the table or covered in a way that minors cannot access. Anyone found to be selling adult materials to minors will be immediately asked to vacate their table, no refund will be given and may be banned from future FiveStar Comic Con events.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees, guests, exhibitors, and staff, FiveStar Comic Con strictly prohibits the sale, display, trade, and possession of real firearms or live ammunition anywhere on convention grounds, including the exhibit hall, outdoor event areas, parking lots, and all affiliated event spaces. Vendors found selling, displaying, or distributing these items will be asked to remove them immediately. Continued noncompliance may result in the removal of the vendor without refund and possible reporting to law enforcement. Prop weapons are permitted as long as they are not functional or designed to be functional.

If you must cancel, booth fees are refundable minus a 25% admin fee only once your booth is resold. No refunds will be given after May 20, 2026.
BOOTH TYPES & PRICING
Artist Alley Table
Creators will receive (1) 6 ft. table with (2) chairs and up to (2) exhibitor badges. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft. high. No table splitting/sharing. Each table is for (1) creator and up to (1) assistant. Creators can book up to (2) tables.
Electricity is available through the Dayton Convention Center. Information on how to purchase will be provided before the event.
PRICING: $175 (early bird $150)
20’x30’ Premium Booth
This booth is a 20’x30’ island-style booth and includes (3) 8’ tables and (6) exhibitor badges. The booth will be placed at the front of the show. Your logo will be included in all digital and printed maps and you’ll also receive an exclusive social media featured post.
Additional tables can be purchased for a fee. Electricity is available through the Dayton Convention Center. Information on how to purchase will be provided before the event.
PRICING: $2500 (limited availability)
10’x10’ Corner Booth
The corner booth is a 10’x10’ piped & draped booth with 2 open sides and prime visibility at the end of the aisle. Each booth includes (1) 8-ft table, (2) chairs, and (2) exhibitor badges.
Electricity is available through the Dayton Convention Center. Information on how to purchase will be provided before the event.
PRICING: $450 (early bird - $425)
10’x10’ Inline Booth
The inline booth is a 10’x10’ piped & draped booth. Each booth includes (1) 8-ft table, (2) chairs, and (2) exhibitor badges.
