Terms & Conditions *

- FiveStar Comic Con reserves the right to approve/deny any application. - You are responsible for your own sales tax collection and business compliance. - Tables & booths must remain set-up for the entirety of the event. Anyone seen tearing down prior to exhibit floor close on Sunday, may not be asked to return to future events. - All tables & booths must be set up by 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday. - Exact set-up days and times will be provided via email upon approval of application and payment of invoice. - Upon approval, an invoice will be emailed for the exhibitor booth fee. All invoices must be paid by the due date. - No adult-only explicit materials may be openly visible at the event. - Sales of adult-only materials to minors is strictly prohibited. - AI-generated art is strictly prohibited. - All artists/vendors must comply with local laws, FiveStar Comic Con policies, venue regulations, and any instructions given by event staff. Rules and regulations are subject to change at any time. - Cancellations are subject to refund minus a 25% admin fee. - NO refunds will be given after May 20, 2026. - Sale of firearms & fireworks is strictly prohibited. - All table/booth setups must not exceed space provided and cannot block walkways.
